- No, I think Wmal77 has a ligitimate question though he/she hid their feelings underneath that ploy. I am wondering where these people are able to stay other than parents. My friends wouldn't have the room let alone the patience for a family of four in their little homes.

- Amen to that. Like I said, I would honor my debts as long as my family is okay. I put my children in the first position not my debts, so their welfare is my priority . . .that being said, a home is something they need, so I would make sure "walking" is the way to go.

- That's what we did. We were smart in that aspect. But now our value has dropped by at least a third. We were lucky to have good credit so we could get our loan for repairs. We only hope the market will recover so we can refinance all our debt.
